3. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the weight of your order, the destination, and the selected shipping method.
PL Beauty House offers FREE standard shipping on orders over $200 CAD (before taxes) within Canada & $200 USD (before taxes) within the USA.

4. Tracking Your Order
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this tracking number to monitor your order's progress via the carrier's website. If you do not receive a tracking number within 2 business days of your shipment confirmation, please contact us.
5. Damaged or Lost Packages

Damaged Packages: If your order arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at Info@PLBeautyHouse.com or (905) 360-1310, providing your order number and photos of the damage. We will assist you in resolving the issue.

Lost Packages: If your package is lost in transit, we will work with the carrier to investigate and resolve the issue. PL Beauty House is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they have been delivered. However, if you experience issues with a lost package, please contact us, and we will assist you in the claim process.

Please ensure that the shipping address provided during checkout is accurate. PL Beauty House is not responsible for delays or non-delivery caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses. If you realize there is an error with your address, please contact us immediately, and we will do our best to update it before shipment.
